Meet Dr. Nicole Xenos
Liberation Therapist & Supervisor in Colorado
LPC, PhD | (she/they)
Here’s what I believe about healing.
I believe therapy is a collaborative relationship based on trust, authenticity and clarity.
Your identities and lived experiences matter, and you deserve a space that acknowledges all of you. Being an intersectional therapist means acknowledging the impact identities and lived experiences have on your mental health and life.
Therapy is for everyone; no matter where you are from & no matter who you are.
THERAPY & SUPERVISION WITH ME IS…
WHO AM I?
-
Personality tests and assessments are one way of knowing that can be used in counseling. These tools can create space for curiosity around oneself and deeper understanding.
In my own self-reflective practices I currently understand myself as -
ENFJ (Meyer’s-Briggs)
Type 2: The Helper (Enneagram)
Taurus (Astrological Sign)
Manifesting Generator (Human Design)
-
Who we are matters. As a politicized, humanistic therapist, I believe our identities have an impact on our work together and can create space for connection. I take great pride in who I am and where I come from.

Our wisdom is important and guides our reality. What we have lived through is an important part of each of our stories and helps others to understand us more fully.
I am a single Mother of four teenage children and survivor of domestic abuse.
I am the oldest of ten siblings and come from a large blended family.
My Father was a priest and Naval office growing up and my Mom is a nurse. I grew up all over the country.
WHERE WESTERN + EASTERN KNOWLEDGE MEET
When we merge psychotherapy with sacred, ancestral, and Indigenous practices…
embodied, intergenerational healing is possible.
