FOR THERAPISTS
We’re likely a great fit if…
You’re a therapist (pre-licensed or licensed) in Colorado.
You work with intersectional individuals or those with relational and/or institutional trauma.
You’re seeking a supervisor who can help you deepen your cultural reflexivity practices, using mindfulness and humanistic skills.
You want to learn more about working with survivors of religious trauma or psychological abuse.
You need a space to explore your own biases and edges as a counselor in a non-judgmental and compassionate space.
You’re curious about the connections between mental health and systems.
Anti-oppressive, anti-racist, decolonial healing for all.
GET TO KNOW ME
Hi, I’m Nicole.
Nicole Xenos | LPC (CO), PhD | (she|they)
I work well with people who may not have found traditional therapy helpful in the past. Those that have had difficult counseling experiences or feel like therapy doesn’t work for you.
People connect with me when they’re seeking a different type of therapy or supervision — relational, anti-racist, and culturally reflexive in values and practice.
Those I work with appreciate that I am direct, warm, authentic, and passionate about the issues and communities I care for.
As a liberation therapist, my mission is to support others in creating lost connections between their mind, bodies, and generational resilience to bring forth healing.
