Nicole is a Transpersonal Humanistic therapist that uses a blend of Eastern and Western healing modalities to best serve and support each of her clients.
Nicole (she/her/hers) believes that there is a therapy for each person and combines her education, diverse training, real-life experience, and Indigenous Filipino healing traditions to help clients access their own innate wisdom. Nicole has served her communities for over 15 years through advocacy and care before getting her Master’s degree in Counseling Psychology at Naropa University. Nicole is currently pursuing her doctorate degree in Counselor Education and Supervision in order to be a component of change in the evolving field of counseling.
In addition to being a therapist, Nicole is a single Mother of four children, trauma-informed yoga teacher and birth doula. Nicole is an active member of the local chapter of Showing Up for Racial Justice, Social Justice Counselors Association, and belongs to the Narcissistic Abuse Awareness Alliance.
Nicole believes a large part of therapy is the therapeutic relationship and potential for corrective healing experiences through authentic connection. Nicole has specialized training in trauma-informed care, healing from religious trauma, Narcissistic abuse and domestic violence, and psychedelic preparation and integration. Nicole strives to come from a place of non-judgment and compassion and actively engages in her own growth and development through trainings, personal therapy, and personal spiritual practices.
